For the Early Head Start Program. 2 positions are based in Orange City and 1 position is based in Le Mars. 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year, benefits included. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required. Two years experience in social services, adult education and/or Early Childhood education preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Outreach Coordinator

Human Resource Specialist
For Head Start/Early Head Start Program. 40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year, benefits included. Position is based in Remsen. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred. Will consider a combination of management experience and education. Experience in education field helpful. Supervisory skills required. This position manages personnel activities within the Head Start/Early Head Start centers, follow and implement Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards and Iowa licensing regulations. Family Development Specialists
40 hours per week, benefits included. Position is based out of Sioux Center. Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field or Family Development Certification preferred. Will consider a combination of related work experience and education. This position requires home visits, empathy, ability to work with local organizations, as well as strong work skills in assessment and problem solving to assist families in long-term self-sufficiency. Must be self-directed, have a positive attitude, and ability to organize multiple tasks. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation. Must have a valid Iowa driver’s license and insurance. Position is open until filled.
Regional Child Care Home Consultant
Responsible to oversee the work of the Local Home Consultants in 22 counties in Northwest Iowa. A bachelor’s degree required, preferable in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field. Minimum of two years related experience preferred. Will consider a combination of education and experience. Knowledge of in-home child care is helpful. Previous supervisory experience is necessary and budget and/or financial responsibility beneficial. The ability to work successfully with other agencies and individuals is required. Some travel is required. Reliable transportation, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license is necessary. The work of the Regional Child Care Home Consultant has the ability to greatly increase the quality of in-home child care. This position is based in Remsen, 40 hours per week and has an excellent benefit package. Position is open until filled.
