I ensure consistency with training coordination and policies & procedures. I create a quarterly Child Care Newsletter and maintain an ongoing training calendar. |

Local CCNCs work directly with child care providers through phone, email, or on-site consultation to improve the quality in child care. CCNCs can help child care providers through the health and safety portion of the Quality Rating System. |
